Data usage in MyMetro app

I upgraded to ZVD from ZVC today, and went to MyMetro app/Balance & Payments/Data Usage. It says

Your plan includes unlimited data access.

I have the $50 plan, and before the upgrade, it would give me an actual percentage. The Metro website still has the data meter in My Account. What's going on here?

The meter is only for the 1GB limit when streaming media from certain sites. Other than that you do have unlimited data.

That's always been the case, but my question is, was the meter eliminated from the MyMetro app, and if so, why?

I wouldn't know, I do not use any of metro's junk apps.
