Data usage on Droid X using PDANet

Just recently installed PDANet on my Droid X phone using Verizon.

I am noticing that Data usage is not showing up on Verizon when I check Verizon site.

Is this normal?

I mean data usage on my desktop connected to Drtoid X through PDANet is not showing up on my current usage on Verizon.
