Help Data usage question

can i put an app in a "zero zone" in the stock data usage "app"? i have an app MaxTV that is a zero zone (it doesnt count as internet) and is using a lot of MB (ofc its an online tv, but i have tv in my subscription) , and it counts it as normal apps data usage and it tells me i have spent 4GB where 1 GB is of that app that shouldnt count

Not sure you can do it with the stock data counter, but take a look at something like 3G Watchdog or Onavo, I'm pretty sure you can omit certain apps from your used data using one of those.

Gonna try Onavo, i have a feeling that 3g watchdog slowed down my phone, yet i like the built in more, it feels more natural for me. Thank you

I prefer My Data Manager over Onavo.
