Apps Datagram Socket android game

I'm trying to develop multiplayer game , like any usual games join to room game then the score of game sharing with another player.
After I'm searching in Google , what i see i should be start on DatagramSocket , in this link http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/networking/datagrams/index.html , i can create my WiFi internet game throwing DatagramSocket or i need something else.
Please let me the steps for this kind of android game

There is much, much more to Network Programming than just using some classes on the client application. You need a stable sever back end and need to understand the concepts behind network programming, as well as how networking (whichever protocol you want to use) works. It's not something you can just pick up and start programming with... takes a good amount of time to learn and understand the concepts.
