Date Changed Broadcast Receiver Kicks Off At Wrong Time

I have a broadcast receiver set up for the date changed, it works but the problem is it gets kicked off at 12 during the day and not at 12:01am when the date actually changes - what gives?

Well, you can insert the delay 1 second, 12:00:01 will be the new date.
