Date & Time Widget

I love the Samsung Date & Time widget. I just wish it had a setting to turn the background off.

Is there anything in the market that looks close to it that allows me to have a clear background?

I use Fancy Widgets also and it will do what you want. And you can customize the colors of the letters and numbers.
