DC car charger screen flicker noise

I have a charge from muvit and it makes the screen flicker the brightness level. Also makes a noise. Why is this is it some way for the phone company to get better signal and read / hack what is on my phone?

Try a different charger. If the problem goes away you solved the mystery.

Might be a loose connection where the charger connects to the phone or an overvoltage problem.

If the phone company wants to read/hack what's on your phone they don't need a Muvit charger to do the job.
