Can anyone explain what all the functions do in DConfig? My phone isnt near as snappy as it was with Fresh 1.1 and Gumbo and I'm guessing I can change some settings with DConfig to help that.

For one thing, the 2.1 ROM's simply aren't as quick as the customized 1.5 ones were. Once the official 2.1 releases, the devs should really be able to start optimizing them quite a bit better.
To answer your question about DConfig, I'm not sure what everything does, but I've got the lowmemkiller set to "more" and it seems to be pretty snappy. I'm also not using Apps2SD, which is what the top half of the settings are for by the look of things.
