You can try some of the links inside of this thread, but I'm not sure if any of them will work:

Your other options are:

-Use LG updater tool or KDZ flasher tool with phone in download mode and force clean stock ZVA back to your phone (you will lose root doing this) OR..

-If you are rooted and running CWM, you can use CWM to wipe data/factory reset, AND...

-Use app stripper located in ATR guide <-- this works great, you just need to find and re-install the TtsService.apk in system folder if you want Pico speech engine to work.
