Help Dead Phone won't charge

My avail got stuck in the boot loop. Tried turning off and on, taking out battery, etc. Now it's just dead. Won't turn on, won't charge, nothing. Any ideas?

Might try warranty. I sent one in that i had rooted. I told them up front about it. They still replaced it

Maybe u can try to upgrade ur phone in the ZTE officlial website in USA, or u can contact to the call center for direction. I have tried it.

ZTE CS sucks. I have called with simple questions & not only are they hard to understand but the only answer they would give is contact the carrier.
