I think i have a dead pixel on my tablet but I'm not sure does dead pixels show white when the screens turned off? Or could this be something like salt past the glass onto the tablets inner screen?

If it's a true dead pixel:

If it's from corrosion, it may be worth a try to use a quality smartphone screen repair kit.

I can't feel it and I'm pretty sure its dead pixel cause its black on every color but its a white dot when screens turned off?

Anyways i don't think ill be able to fix it I've tried hours upon hours of running color fixers to no avail

I just found a piece of little hair inside the tablet itself so i think the tablets not sealed good enough and the dust particles sneak in
What kind of tablet is it? Something quality like a Samsung, or some no-name $50 thing you bought from China? If it's the latter, then one shouldn't be surprised to find dust particles, duff pixels, black hair, dead insects, cockroach larvae, cigarette butts, chewing gum, etc. inside the tablet.

Yeh, it's just like what I sometimes find in my dumplings...black hair, cigarette ends...JK. Although some of the sweatshops that "assemble" these cheapies can be rather squalid places, and production line cleanliness may not be the highest.
