dead red trangle android

has tablet one week. installed Bluetooth. now have dead green android with red triangle
no command showing on screen of android system recovery 3e

Hello. Only a week old... no matter what the problem, I'd return it for a replacement or satisfaction. It might be a software problem and it could be hardware related. Brand new they should make it work for you.
