Dead/stuck pixel

I have a dead/stuck pixel on my bionic. It is yellowish-greenish so it doesn't show up unless there is a dark background. I got it at Costco and was wondering if this would be considered something I can get a replacement for.

Get ready....I checked 3 Bionics at vzw on Saturday ....all had a dead pixel on the screen. Im waiting for a new shipment next week.

try a pixel fixer app. If that doesnt work take it back.

Just downloaded it upon your recommendation, didn't work. I did find another app though that will help me prove there is a dead pixel though.
