I place order and maybe write reviews when get and test this Matrix 7, I don't expect too much, this is low-range tablet ,but on the other side I am very curious to see what I can get for ~$60.

$59 is around the right price for a Chinese budget off-brand 7 inch 4GB ICS tablet now, which will no doubt have the usual caveats...
