Just an FYI, but we can't see what you are referring to without signing up for that site. Any chance you would quote it for the rest of us?

My apologies, doing know why it did that as I only found the site through a quick search and copied the URL, same as I did with this one.....

London 2012 Olympics: Oddbins to fight back against Locog branding restrictions - Telegraph

Basically, odd bins are a small off license who are fighting against restrictions being put in place by the Olympic committee, seb coe said that anyone wearing a Pepsi t shirt would not be admitted as they are protecting sponsors rights.

So odd bins are putting up posters to make a mockery of this.....lol

Anyone wearing Nike trainers who has in their pocket a set of Vauxhall car keys, an RBS MasterCard, an iPhone, a bill from British Gas and a receipt for a Pepsi bought at KFC will receive 30 per cent off their purchase.

Yeah I read about this elsewhere. A lot of people think it killed the Olympic spirit in London, and I tend to agree.

Yes, insanity. It's sad to see it become the "McDonalds & Coca Cola Olympics" when it's meant to be called "London 2012". Though I think the media has jumped on the bandwagon & blown it out of proportion.

It's an indicator of how governments & big business care more for their shareholders & investors than the general public. They have forgotten that it's the public who they are doing this for, it is, afterall, about spectator sport.

We see this in other sectors like transport, where they will threaten to go on strike to get a better deal for themselves [even at time of the olympics!], they're doing it for themselves & not for the real reason of being in their job in the first place - for the public.

We could all ask ourselves, are we doing it for us, or for the people we serve. Have we become more selfish?
