Dear HTC.....

Please fix your goddamned broken software update as I am fast approaching the point of throwing it against a wall.
It worked fine for over a year (a freaking year!) and then you relased a updated build that BROKE IT! And not just mine but atleast 2 other people I know personally. Buggy updates are fine, its a fact of life but its been 2 months or so now and you have yet to provide me with a legitimate option to render my device functional again. Currently my device fulfills the requirements for being "not fit for purpose", as most times I try to close an app (and sometimes just all by itself) my entire OS crashes and I have to wait 1-2mins for it to sort itself back out again.

Allow me to roll it back to the previous build that FREAKING WORKED! or fix the software so the device that has worked perfectly up untill YOU did something once again fulfills the functions for which it was advertised, or even just acknowlage that there is a problems in the first place!

This is basic, basic stuff and is already making some customers consider not buying from HTC again, which for the want of such a small concession seems like very poor busness practice....

I've had no issues since updating (I assume you mean the recent Sense update?)

So it's odd that some people are experincing problems when others aren't. I'd be inclined to think it's not just as black & white as "HTC update broke my phone!!!!!"
