How can I debug phone without usb cable even after phone restarts on non-rooted phone? Right now I lose all developer options on reboot and have to reconnect otg cable.

What exactly are you trying to do? You can't use ADB without a USB cable because ADB is a utility specifically for controlling or debugging the phone via USB. So the real question is what do you want to use ADB to do?

thanks for the quick response. Really appreciate it. Send commands to phone while running in background. Losing adb connection settings on reboot.
