If someone uses my app, and it works fine on my sg4 and my nexus 7 2013, but they have an issue with it force closing on their s3, how do I find out what the issue is?
 
If they downloaded it through the market, you can look at their crash report in Google Play to help troubleshoot. If not, you would need to get their logcat.
