Motorola Droid OTA Update Coming December 11th? | Android Phone Fans

I have a pouch / case, with magnet, and sure enough, I can make it put the Droid in car mode. gggrrrr..... I hate taking things back, but suppose I should, and get a non-magnetic case...

Wow, I think this is why Verizon charges so much for their service. I feel re-assured that they are addressing these issues and are working at putting an update out asap.

It looks like we are going to be having two updates if I'm reading that document correctly.

yup, looks that way. Just like buying a car that's get recalled, I don't mind the problems as much when the manufacturer promptly addresses the issues, ya know...
