Help Decline incoming call text message

I am looking for the option to send a text message when declining an incoming call.

I've looked at every setting on the phone and cannot find it.

There are many apps that can do this for you.
Otter is one that I know of that does this, but it is a paid app.
Search for "auto reply" in the market and you should find some free ones.

I like the D2 but HTC Sense is so much better. MOst of the items I am looking for are already built in to Sense.
