Decreased battery usage since 4.3

Updated to 4.3 at the weekend and I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed but my battery usage appears to have gone up. Usage seems to have Messaging as the most at 57%

Might just be me or I forgot something but curious if anyone else has noticed anything.

Did you intend your title to read "Increased battery usage since 4.3"?

Nope, meant decreased and battery drain seems to have gone up, using more battery

Is "Messaging" still using most power? I'm still on 4.2.2 and I don't even have that on my battery stats! Do you know which apps this relates to and is there anything you can turn off (like sync) that might help?

My battery life has improved since the 4.3 update. Not a massive difference but certainly some.

Hmm mine seems to have gotten better. Before my screen battery use was 40% now its gone down to 28%.

Glad to hear that not everyone has had their battery affected.

Just checked and my update's waiting for me to get onto WiFi! Something to look forward to tonight, though I kinda wish I'd checked when I got home last night

.. of course, that could just mean that something else is using a lot more power
