My Droid 4 (unrooted) was lagging pretty bad. I decided to unencrypt because I thought that might have been the cause of it. It rebooted and got up to 11%...
Its been at 11% for about 4 hours now. I tried shutting it off, then turning it back on. It still gets stuck at 11% and I have no idea what to do! I can't find any threads about this anywhere else!
