Root Dedoxing Stock rom

Hey guys quick question here i have a rooted galaxy s5 900f and i know that if you flash a custom ROM then you will not be able to use the fingerprint sensor or the heartbeat sensor so i was wondering if i dedoxed the stock ROM would i still have use of them and be able to install xposed framework(android 5.0)?

so does this guide look good for deodexing my s5, because other than this i cant really find much on the way of guides...(I might just be stupid)
