Help Default Apps On Home Screen

Anyone know away to change what applications show on the default home screen. i.e. Phone, Contacts, Messaging, Applications. I want to change the default messaging app to another one I use but I cant figure out how to change those. I like the way of the default look out and dont want to change it since the other ones from Sprint suck.

Thanks in advance.

Touch Applications - then Menu - Edit - Touch/Drag the apps to the "dock bar" (Someone in another form called it a dock bar not sure if that is the actual name). I believe there can be only four so it just replaces an icon. Good luck

I know you said you like the way the default looks but you may want to take a look at downloading a different home application. There are lots of them out there both free and fee. You can completely change the look, icons, etc and customize it.
