default battery saver lollipop SM-G900F

seems this model does not have the default battery option ? been following all suggested howtos in the net but cannot seem to find this menu option in the battery app settings. . . :(

Hi icedtea!

Not quite sure what you mean by, "default battery option". Do you mean the one in... Settings > System > Battery...







or the, "Power saving", in Settings > System > Power saving...



or the, "Ultra Power saving mode", in Settings > System > Power saving > Ultra power saving mode...

That's the stock Android Lollipop feature on a Nexus, which, as the article states, " It's similar to features found in devices from Samsung, LG and HTC." This is the Battery Saving and Ultra Power Saving modes mentioned in post #2, above and which have Notification bar toggles. When my battery is low, I am given the option, by notification, to enact these.
