Default browser won't stay default

This started happening a few weeks ago and I didn't mind at first, still doesn't seem to be a big issue, but it'd be nice to fix it. It just started happening out of nowhere, I tried using another launcher, setting to factory and it didn't fix it.

Currently I'm using the Nova Launcher.
 
Same here. Nova Launcher. Except that once every 15 times or so, I exit out of an app and I'm in the Samsung TouchWiz launcher. Not a BIG problem, just hit the Home button. But it could be a sign that something's going bad. Mine's going in tomorrow - even if just to get it on the record that there was a problem, so in case it waits until after the warranty expires to finally die, I have good documentation to insist on a warranty replacement.

(I don't think it's the launcher, I think it's a bit (or a byte) in storage that's not sticking.)
