Help Default call and text blocking?

Is there a default method built into the S3 to block unwanted callers and text senders? This is fairly easy to do on my HTC phone, but I can't find a way to do it on my wife's S3. If there isn't a default method, what apps would people recommend for this?

I have the SPH-L710 model. When in the call log long press on a number a window popup up with a option to add to call reject list. That will add the number to call rejection. Or to you can add any number you want manually when in the phone app, press menu the tap call settings, you'll see the option for your call rejection numbers list.
