Help Default e-mail client problem

I setup 3 pop3 accounts with 1 hour auto checking. After a few days e-mail client process stuck and not receive any e-mail, even if I run checking emails manually it not work at all, it

You will find it is the task killer that is causing your problem. Never kill the email app with a task killer either automatically or manually.

I'm siure it's not. I install task manager app becouse i was tired to reset my phone every time that this issue appears. this isssue was much much erlier that i start use a task mgr app.

Only i have this problem ? it's impossible that something is wrong with my phone because every other thing works like a charm.
