I am having a hard time getting the home screen back to the factory setting. Can someone help me???? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What exactly has changed? I haven't used Twiz since launch, so I'm not that familiar with the skin. I would go into your Settings menu and access the Mange Apps section, then clear data for TwLauncher if the option is available.
