Help Default Language Settings

Dear All
i have a problem with my LG G3. whenever i restart it, it switches back to Deutsche language instead of English which i have to change again in setting. this is quite annoying. i need your help as i am new to android environment switching from windows phone recently.

Is it a German version phone, possibly a carrier device like T-Mobile Germany(Deutsche Telekom)? Where did you buy it? Could you post the exact model number.

i bought it from UAE...

Settings>language and input>language>select English.
Settings>language and input>voice input/voice search>language>select English.
Deselect other language.
Tap on save button below.
Settings>language and input>text_to_speech output>google text to speech engine>gear icon/three lines>language>select English .

Just read your problem. I have the same problem but the advice given to me has not worked, did it work for you?
