Help Default location (maps) issue

Hi,

I have a weird problem. My Android (when can't get my GPS position) often place my at my old address location (I moved more than 1 year ago!).

- I've changed my default location on the Google Maps website.
- I made sure my Google account have my correct address (both work/home).
- I verified my own contact in my Nexus One.

And still... I still see reference to my old address!?!?!

Any tips, ideas?

Is your latitude setup from before? Clear latitude etc. Just a guess ;)

That'd be the wifi location, apparently you need to leave it on with wifi for a while for Google to update it.

I don't think so, I got my Nexus One less than 2 months ago. And I move in August 2009.

Maybe it's WiFi issue. I haven't changed my SSID when I moved and I know Street View "run" was done before I move to my new address.

It's not a big annoyance, but I would have liked to fix this right away.

You can't fix it right away, it'll take time for Google to update things based on your GPS.
