Help default mail account problem

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with the default mail client on my nice new p8 lite.

I want to use the default mail client for all email accounts but I cannot add one paticular account as my username is just "username" but the email client wants my full email address "username@domain.com" as the username.

If I don't enter my full email address as my username, I can't continue.

Is there any way to get around this? I really want to use the default mail client.

Hi

I don't see how you can ever configure any email client, other than an app dedicated to a single domain, without giving your full email address. Have you tried entering the full email?

Is it a "special" type of account of some sort?
