Default/stock app to take notes with finger/stylus?

Does the S3 have a stock app which allows me to take notes naturally using finger or stylus pen?

S memo can do that. Open up the app and press the symbol at the top which is a + sign and pencil. Then write whatever you want, press menu, handwiting to text.
