i stupidly upgraded launcher system, turns out it wasnt compatible to my phone. my phone was rebooting everytime i unlock so i tried to delete the data and reboot my device but i think the upgraded launcher is still working. so my phone is go back to unlocked device over and over and i cant connect to wifi for no reason. can this be fixed or should i ask for professional help?

what phone do you have? upgraded launcher? what do you mean? a launcher like adw or nova are found in the play store as apps. you mentioned launcher system. what do you mean? is the phone rooted?
