Help Default Up Swipe

I don't know the proper terminology but when I used to swipe up android would lunch either Flipboar or My Magazine (forgot which one).

Now after I turned off My Magazine it's launching the Play Store when I swipe up from the home or back button.

Is there a way to get my Magazine back, or just something other than the Play Store?

I can't just turn on My Magazine because after doing a "Force Stop" all the buttons in the App Info window are grayed out.

Anybody know if there is a way to make the Play Store NOT launch when I swipe up from the bottom of the phone?

Are you using an alternative launcher? Like Nova or Apex?

If no, head to the settings menu, is there a section for Gestures?

I'm not using any alternative launchers.
I tried what you suggested and I only saw a setting for "Air Gesture" but it's not related to my problem.

If you're not using an alternative launcher, it sounds like it's a phone specific issue.

I'll move this to the Note 3 forum, the guys there should be able to help.
