Help default Web app & download booster

My cell phone provider is Verizon. I noticed that I do not have the default Web application that comes with the galaxy, instead, my phone only has the chrome application to surf the web. Does anyone have this issue? I also noticed that I do not have the download booster on my notifications bar. I've checked my settings and I can't find it. If anyone has a solution please let me know thank you
 
You can Turn OFF Chrome if you don't like it and replace it with any of the other browsers.

Opera is favored by a few. I'm still with Chrome for now... I just don't use the web all that much.
