Ordered a Note II the other day for my wife. I already own a Note I and a Note 10.1 which I am very happy with.
Anyways, the Wacom S-pen function was defective. There was a. 75" square part near the center of the screen where the S-pen and all other S-pens wouldn't write. I tried dialing *#0*# and did the Wacom tests and got a big red fail in the screen. I've now ordered a replacement and hope that future products won't have a problem.
Anybody else have any defective Notes right out of the box, or is it rare?
And I guess my best advice would be to make sure your Note writes on all parts of the screen right out of the box to get warranty. Right away as most carriers only have a 14 day return policy.
