I have purchased android 2.3.1 tablet. Currently, I have the following issues and needs solution.
a) Factory data reset is not working. Whenever I do the factory data reset, it does nothing. all my data and applications remains in the device
b) When I use Google Map, it always shows "Waiting for location" even though I have selected the proper settings ( determination of location by WIFI and GPS)
c) When I try to connect the device to LAPTOP using USB cable, it will never connect and goes into a loop and hangs.
d) When I try to connect the device to TV using HDMI option, only the sound is transferred to TV and not the picture. The TV is blank.
Anybody with solution.
