define keyboard string?

I am new ICS user. I have to type my email address many times a day to different websites. is there a way to define a key or gesture or something to emit the full email address, or do I need to retype all characters (with switches to '@') every single time?

I would rather not replace the whole keyboard app. sort of scary. I would prefer keeping my current standard one.

If you are using Stock browser of ICS, use auto fill text feature.

You can define various details once in the settings of browser. Thereafter, while visiting different sites whenever you need to fill details like name, address, email, those shall be filled automatically.
