Help Delay in getting back to the home screen

Im having a small problem...Sometimes when im on the internet on my Droid incredible 4glte and try to go back to the home screen i get a "loading" message and it takes about 5-10 seconds to go back to the home screen it has happened before when i run apps but usually when im exiting the stock browser or now ive been using Google Chrome and it has happened a couple of times...has this happened to anyone else? is this normal? any way of fixing it besides doing a factory reset?

Same thing has happened to me. I pulled the battery and that fixed it.

i tried that and it didnt work so i tried disabling all that bloatware that the phone comes with and so far so good
