Delayed screen lock

Is there a way to have the set the screen timeout(turn off) to a different value from the screen lock?

I'd love to be able to have my screen turn off in 2 minutes, but not lock till 7 or 8 minutes.

Certainly. That should be a standard feature, or at any rate every Android (and every ROM) I've used has had that.

On my phone the screen timeout setting is in Settings > Display, and the "lock screen after..." in Settings > Security. I normally have the screen set to turn off after one minute and the lock to come on after 3.
