how do i remove apps from my phone if im using my laptop and my phone is lost

If your phone is still on and has a little charge left in it... You can use AndroidLost from the Play store. It's free. Go to:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.androidlost
and install to your phone. It will do this remotely if your phone is powered on. Then go to the developer's website and read up on how to use it. You can turn on GPS and try to locate it, backup and wipe your data... and much more. Read how to use it here:
