Help Delete Apps

I have had my S IIII, AT&T, for a few weeks. Since I am on wireless most of the day, I have the 200M data plan.
My phone has started going nuts with data.
most of my usage is from something called Delete Apps, which is using 10-15M per day. The strange part is that this only shows under Data Usage. It is not an app, and it does not show up anywhere in the application manager. It is not under my apps. When you click on it in Data Usage, there is no "Restrict Background Data" box to click, to stop it from using data. I've called AT&T and they have no clue what this is.
I've done a Master Reset, with no luck.
Has anyone ever come across this? Any idea how to stop it?

"Deleted apps" means the data use from uninstalled apps before you uninstalled them i think. The data use shouldnt increase..

Thanks to both of you. Yes, that is it. However, the data does keep increasing, even though I'm not deleting anything. And AT&T keeps charging it against my data usage. Apparently, this has happened to others, also.

To be fair to AT&T, I spoke to 3 reps last night about this problem. (Escalating tiers of tech support.) No one had come across this problem and they weren't sure what it was. When the final gentleman transferred me to Samsung, the Samsung rep told me that I had a virus. I asked where I got it and I was told that I had downloaded an app and a virus from a third party site. When I said that I had only downloaded from Google Play and Amazon, they said that I probably got it from Amazon. While, technically, Amazon is a third party site, I'm sure that it is probably a bit more secure than hackmysammy.com or joesappshack.com.I bet that they would be thrilled to know that Samsung lumps them together. .

Id have thought a factory reset would remove any virus?
Anyone know what would have to be wiped to remove one?

Personally, I think that she was just trying to get me off the phone. (We were not having a pleasant conversation. I had the unmitigated gall to ask questions.) I'm very careful when it comes to things like that. I am also running Lookout on the phone for a bit more extra protection.
I always thought that a Master Reset wiped everything, too. If it were a virus, it would be wiped also. It's probably soemthing else.

Yeah i think theyre taking the p*** mate. They assume everyone is stupid. Id take it to your carrier store and show someone face to face. I honestly cant see why deleted apps would still use data. I can see why they would say its a virus, it does sound like one but i think its very very unlikely.

still, id be careful what you use your phone for just incase it is sending data to someone lol
