Help Delete Button keeps typing the letter l/L

I'm at the end of my tether with this...

My delete button keeps typing the letter l and if I hold the delete button down it types a captial L.

Also, when the delete key works sometimes it has an issue.... The keyboard will just "hang", and then suddenly delete half my message because I kept pressing it.

This started when I upgraded to JB 4.1.1

Anyone having this issue?

Have you tried a different keyboard to see if you have the same results?

Clear data and cache in the keyboard?

It's a known glitch apparently...if I change to another language it won't do it...oh well...come JB 4.1.2...
