Help delete "extra" copies of nfl live?

I realize that you can't delete NFL Live, as it's one of the original Sprint-installed apps. Here's my issue: I tried to open it and it prompted me to update. I tried this four or five times, with no success--before realizing that my problem was probably that I had not authorized an "extra fee" service.

Now, though, I've got five or six copies of the app on my phone. I can't seem to delete any of them. Is it not possible to delete the extras?
 
only method im familiar with removing apps is thru root access.
do you have 4-5 icons of nfl live listed in your apps view? where do you see the duplicates?
 
hmmm, now when I look closely (sys/apps) there appears to be only one copy. I must have been seeing a list of downloads, but they were not multiplying in my memory, as I feared. Just one copy, I think.
