Help Delete files from SD card!!!

[Zandersinger]

Since upgrading my phone I can no longer delete files from my SD card! It seems that this is a problem with Android 6. I've tried multiple file managers as well as the onboard Android file manager and none of them work! Please help!

worst case, you copy off what you want to save, and then you format the card.
