Delete images I have saved in S Note

Hi I have a Samsung galaxy note 10.1 with S Note. I have been making a travel journal and inserting images and screen clips and saving as I go but when I try to add any extra comments or notes about my journey the images or clips retain their position in the note and don't move down to accommodate the extra text. What's more I am unable to select the image to cut or copy them to paste furthrr down the document.
Help please!
