App or website?
If app, goto settings, apps, and delete from list.
If website, just don't go there.
If app, goto settings, apps, and delete from list.
If website, just don't go there.
And if it's an app and you can't delete it, check the "device administrators" list (in Security settings if I remember correctly) and make sure it's not added itself there. If it has, untick it from that list and you'll be able to uninstall it.
