Help Delete "not assigned" contacts from google

Himmad

Lurker
When I go into my contacts, I have a crap load of random contacts.

I go into my contacts and click on groups, and click on Google, and I have 152 "Not assigned" contacts. People I may have just emailed once or do not need them in my phone.

Is there anyway to delete these contacts from here?

Thanks

What I do is go into Gmail from a computer, go to contacts, hit the box to select all, select the "more actions" , then "delete contacts".

I read in another forum how to do this. Go into your Contacts > menu > Display Options > (select google account) > and then "uncheck" the bottom option of 'All Other Contacts'

You can also unselect any groups you created. LMK if this works for you.

Thanks a lot! I knew I was able to do it on my Samsung Moment, but couldn't figure it out on the Epic.
