delete rar folder on android?

my android says it's low on storage. trying to delete or move what i cm, like photos, etc. there's a file folder named "rar" in This PC\Roger's Moto\Internal shared storage. it takes up 5GB. all i can find it for is windows. can i delete this folder? it contains Win10_1809Oct_v2_English_x64 folder, which contains boot, efi, sources, & support folders, along with bootmgr, bootmgr.efi, & setup.exe files. should i delete it? don't know where it came from

Delete it. Its a compressed windows 10 installation that is useless on an Android device
